Admin Executive – Minimum DiplomaPeluang besar bagi kamu yang sedang mencari lowongan kerja bagian Admin sekitar Surabaya ,terbaru hari ini PT Advantech International sedang butuhkan tenaga kerja sebagai Admin Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Handling day-to-day accounting operations and full set of accounts
- Monitoring of account receivable, account payable by keeping track all the company’s expenditures and payments.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of budgets.
- Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry, invoicing and payments
- Verify, reimburse employees’ expenses claims and ensures that all the related documentation is filed properly.
- Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of Weekly Cash Flow Forecast for cash flow planning
- Generate invoices / account statements and ensures a proper filing.
- Working knowledge of Indonesia tax, Faktur Pajak Invoicing.
- Preparation and submission of monthly VAT report.
- Serve as the first point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other ad hoc task assigned by Management.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy. or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in GL/ AP/ AR/ taxation
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in SAP & MS Excel
- Experience in inventory control & reconciliation would have an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Well informed on government grants.
