Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook according to recipes and quality standards
2. Have knowledge in Asian-Chinese cuisine
3. Control and carry out food production activities
4. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area
5. Supervise food storage areas and equipment that will be used for smooth work operations
6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
7. Assist in menu planning and development 
8. Maintain standard food costs (price standards) which are directly proportional to standard portions
9. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
10. Collaborate with other F&B team to ensure smooth operations 

Requirements:

1. Experienced as Chef in related field (Asian-Chinese Cuisine)
2. Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
3. Able to prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipe
4. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
5. Understand all responsibility in the Kitchen
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
7. Fluent in Mandarin or English (vocal and written) is a plus.
8. Placement in Batam
