- Monitoring quotation for customers
- Monitoring process spare parts purchase requests to purchasing teams if items require spare parts for service
- Process claims and supporting documentations for spare parts if any is required
- Push for spare parts and machine delivery from purchasing team
- Monitor in-house machine reconditions process & parts requirements
- Candidate must possess at least University Diploma or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Excel, Basic Accounting, Administration
