  • Providing service for walk-in customers & salesperson
  • Receiving and checking the completeness of documents, such as SPAJ submission, agent submission (agentโ€™s code, licensing administration, etc), and other documents submitted by customers and salesperson
  • Sending documents to Head Office
  • Follow-up incomplete documents
  • Data input
  • Perform general affair activities, such as: compile petty cash report, request promotional materials, manage tax extension, domicile documents & advertising permit and monitoring report & inventory branchโ€™s assets


Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 from any major
  • Preferable have 2 years of working experience in service quality
  • Fast learner & good communication
  • Excellent in administrative task
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
